REMINDER: Open Enrollment April 15, 2023-May 15, 2023     

Friendly Reminder:

Open enrollment time period of April 15, 2023-May 15, 2023.

 Make note that NEW ENROLLMENT FORMS or CHANGES TO YOUR ENROLLMENT are due in the Treasurer’s Office no later than MAY 15, 2023.

please contact our office by either telephone at 781-585-0409 or email at tcassistant@town.plympton.ma.us so that we can assist you. We are also available in the office between the regular Town House Business Hours of 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday. If you need to come in before 9 a.m., please let us know and we will make arrangements to meet you after 7 a.m.

In addition to Town sponsored benefits, attached is a memo with information regarding supplemental benefits available for you to participate in and contact information to our representatives in the event you have any questions or would like further explanation (for example: Life Insurance, Long and Short Term Disability, 457B Deferred Comp plans, etc.). An AFLAC representative will be at the Town House on May 3rd and May 16th using the following schedule:
 

Wednesday May 3rd   - Aflac at Fire Dept starting around 9:00am

Wednesday May 3rd   - Aflac at Town Hall starting around 10:30am

Wednesday May 3rd   - Aflac at Library @ about 11am (packet/info drop off)

Wednesday May 3rd   - Aflac at HWY @ about 12noon (packet/info drop off

Wednesday May 3rd   - Aflac at Police Dept for 2pm to 4pm  - shift change

Monday May 16th - Aflac at Fire Dept  starting around 9:00am

Monday May 16th - Aflac at Town Hall starting around 10:30am

Monday May 16th - Aflac at Library @ about 11:30am

Monday May 16th - Aflac at HWY @ about 12noon

Monday May 16th - Aflac at Police Dept for 2pm to 4pm - shift change
