Please submit all chapter applications and associated Acknowledgment of Rights and Obligations forms (links below). Assessors office will accept applications in-person, mail, or email to boaclerk@plymptontown.org.

Deadline to submit completed applications to Assessors' office is December 1

NOTE:  ALL 61A Chapter applications require proof of income from prior calender year.  ALL Cranberry Growers must also include a bog report and aerial map documentation.
