Ms. Shaw/Ms. Detterman:

 

Attached is a letter requesting continuance of our combined hearing before the Planning Board and Conservation Commission that is currently scheduled for January 11. Obtaining an access easement is not complete yet. The Board asked us to continue the hearing if the easement was not available prior to the hearing.

 

We would respectfully ask that the hearing be rescheduled for a February date for both bodies.

 

I have spoken with Mr. Butler and left a message for Ms. Dion to give them a verbal notice that I would be requesting the delay.
