Accountant
The Board of Selectmen shall appoint a Town Accountant who shall perform all the duties and possess all the power prescribed by General Law, Chapter 41, s. 55 to 61 inclusive. The Town Accountant is responsible for preparing any financial statements as may be Required by the State of the Board of Selectmen. He/she shall be responsible for examining all bill and reciepts, town payrolls and all Town warrants, and provide input regarding town finances and town budgets for the various town departments, boards and committees.
