Project Site: Old Town House, 189 Main Street, Plympton, MA 02367
General Description:
The selected Contractor will prepare and paint the entire exterior of the Old Town House building as specified herein, including painting windows, trim and clapboards; replacing any damaged or broken clapboards; making necessary touch ups to window trim; and repairing any glazing on the attic windows, and shall complete any work related or incidental thereto.
