What bylaws govern the Conservation Commission?
The Town of Plympton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, Article XXVIII was passed at the May 14, 2008 Town Meeting, and approved, with one amendment, by the Attorney General in September 2008. The Commission also follows the Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L.Chapter 131, Section 40, 310 C.M.R. 10.00.
